Services Offered

• ​Individual and family therapy through video platform as well as in San Leandro office​
• Clinical supervision and consultation for unlicensed and licensed therapists
• Ecotherapy sessions outdoors in local parks.  These sessions are a full hour long. 
• Presentations on a variety of topics including trauma, mindfulness and parenting
